Open-source IT infrastructure for small businessesYour business. Your data. Your infrastructure.

We design, deploy and run open-source, self-hosted IT for small businesses: identity and SSO, Linux, private networking, ERP and more, on servers your company owns.

What we do

You tell us the problem. We build the fix.

Bigger projects

“Every app has its own login, and offboarding means going through ten admin panels.”

A central identity provider (IdP) with single sign-on. One company account per person across your apps over OIDC, SAML or LDAP, with 2FA enforced. Disable one account and access ends everywhere.

“We want Linux desktops, but we still need central logins and policies like Active Directory.”

Company-wide Linux with a central directory. Machines join an LDAP and Kerberos domain (AD-compatible if you need it) for network logins, groups, shared drives and policies, all linked to your IdP.

“Remote staff and branch offices need internal systems, without us opening ports to the internet.”

A private network built on WireGuard. Per-user and per-device access rules, site-to-site links between offices, and nothing exposed publicly.

“Stock, orders, invoices and payroll are spread across spreadsheets and WhatsApp.”

A self-hosted ERP for inventory, purchasing, sales, accounting and HR, configured to your workflow and signed in with your company accounts.

“Our code, builds and deployments all depend on someone else's cloud.”

Self-hosted Git, CI/CD and a container registry on your own servers, with the same company logins and backups as everything else.

Quick wins

“Our shared passwords live in a WhatsApp group.”

A self-hosted password manager with team vaults, 2FA, and access you can revoke in one click.

“Everything is in Google Drive, and nobody's sure it's backed up.”

Your own file storage and sync with version history and encrypted off-site backups, restore-tested so you know they work.

“Our emails keep landing in spam.”

Proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain. It works whether your mail runs on Google, Microsoft or your own server.

These are examples, not a menu. If your business runs on it, we can probably build it. Tell us yours

How it works

Three steps.

01

Scope

A 30-minute call about your current setup. You then get a written plan and a fixed quote.

02

Deploy

We set it up, migrate your data, connect it to what you already use and train your team.

03

Run or hand over

We handle updates, monitoring and backups each month, or hand you full admin access and the docs.

Why Sysbello

Fixed quotes

You know the price before we start. No surprise invoices.

Works alongside what you have

Keep Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 where it makes sense, and move at your own pace.

Fully documented

Architecture, configs and recovery steps, written down and handed to you.

Questions

Good to know.

Do we have to stop using Google or Microsoft?

No. What we build can run alongside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We move what makes sense to own and leave the rest.

What does it cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after a short call, based on what you need. There are no per-user or licence fees, and ongoing support is an optional monthly plan.

Where does it run?

On infrastructure your company owns: a cloud server in your company's name, hardware in your office, or both.

Is self-hosting secure?

Open source isn't automatically secure. It depends on how it's run. We harden every setup with 2FA, encryption, network segmentation, patching and tested backups, and we're upfront about what upkeep it needs.

What do you want to fix first?

Send us a couple of lines about your setup. We'll reply and book a call.
